Howdy, looks like someone's negotiating a deal at the old Front Room, there were a couple of guys in the place this morning. Another development -- the Bricks and Mortar people look like they've given up or were dismissed by Luisa or the receiver who has taken over the property. Another agency, AMSI, has their signs up.

If you're heard anything, let us know. We're all curious as to what kind of place is going in there. Speaking of new places, a Thai place is set to open at California and Hyde in October, "Thai Thai Noodle." Good luck at that tough location.

I passed by today (Tuesday 15 Dec) and it looks like they are open for business at 1500 California. I think it's a pizza place but I didn't go in. It looked very boring and empty. I don't think anything is going on recently in the old Barleycorn space, though.
